After a sleepless Christmas night, havoc on PMC’s “S-curves” and main roads cluttered with too many bumpers to count

On Christmas Day, there were “a ton of people showing up” in their vehicles at the “Y” intersection of Mil Potrero Highway and Cuddy Valley Road, the California Highway Patrol Officer told us, DC Williams. This created traffic delays entering and exiting the Pine Mountain Club. But the real traffic headaches came the next day after… (please see below for full stories and photos)

On Christmas Day, the “Y” intersection of the Mil Potrero Highway and Cuddy Valley Highway was crowded with vehicles coming to the base of Mount Pinos hoping to play in the snow. Most did not seem intimidated by the “snowless” playing conditions. They were just determined to have fun.
