There are only two months left until the big day and for those who like to anticipate, now might be the time to start booking your child’s visit to see Santa Claus.

Central Suffolk Railway
The magical Christmas treat for children up to 10 years old is not to be missed.
Steam trains run from Brockford Station to ‘North Pole Halt’, for a one-on-one visit to Santa Claus in his Christmas Guards van.
There will be a steam locomotive and a Dutch street organ on site to give an extra festive touch.

Meet Santa and his sleigh
Historic Kentwell Hall will host Santa Claus and his sleigh this year.
Spend time with family while meeting Santa Claus.
Carol singing around the Christmas tree will end the day.

Enter Santa’s Grotto at Stonham Barns and receive a gift from Santa himself.
You may also meet the Snow Queen during your visit and her sister Princess Snow as you enter the Enchanted Theater to find elves, snowballs and sparkles.
Rides for small children, train rides, face painting and live music will also be offered.

Lackford Lakes Christmas Grotto
Enjoy a magical visit to Santa’s Woodland Grotto at Lackford Lakes near Bury St Edmunds.
Children will have the chance to talk to Farther Christmas, take a picture and receive a gift.
The event is for children up to 11, older siblings are welcome to meet Santa, but organizers said they won’t be getting a gift.

Meet Farmer Christmas at Baylham House Farm
Christmas ‘Farmer’ meets young visitors in his grotto and slots can be booked on the Baylham House Farm website.
Those looking to meet Farmer Christmas will need to book in advance.
Kids can also explore their creative side in the den building area.

Meet Santa at the Zoo
Make a trip to the zoo a little more magical by stopping to see Santa Claus.
The Christmas Grotto experience lasts 25 minutes and each booking must include at least one paying adult.
Each Christmas Grotto ticket includes entry to the zoo.

Talk to Santa Claus and stroll through the Christmas Market
Santa Claus will once again visit downtown Sudbury this year.
People will also be able to stroll around the Christmas stalls on Market Hill.
