Looking to see the holiday lights? In some places you can start as early as next week

The joy of Christmas can be found in many ways, but one of the best is taking in the views of the season through light shows. While we may not have snow to accompany our vacation, Florida can still be festive… sometimes even more so. After all, where else can the nursery include flamingos? Not to mention, how many people can see the illuminated displays while comfortably wearing shorts and flip flops?

We have three events on the island that are worth a holiday look – The Boca Grande Region Chamber of Commerce Christmas Walk, Port Boca Grande Lighthouse Lighting and, of course, Tradition decades old of lighting the community Christmas tree.
