CLEVELAND, Ohio (WJW) – People in northeast Ohio are trying to get back on track and digging from 2 feet of snow in some spots.
Many schools will not reopen on Tuesday as the roads are still risky for buses.

Pavement patches are starting to be visible on the main roads, but many neighborhoods need a lot of work to be passable.
5:30 a.m. – Just out of RTA: RTA Light Rail (Blue and Green Lines) and Heavy Rail (Red Line) services are fully restored and operating with some minor delays due to the residual impact of the snowstorm d ‘yesterday. RTA bus service is fully restored and operating with some minor delays. Regular paratransit service continues with minor delays.
5:17 a.m. – Left 2 lanes blocked on I-480 East past I-77 to Transportation Blvd/E 98th St, due to an accident.
5:15 a.m. – Speeds remain reduced on I-90 in Lake County due to weather conditions.

5:00 a.m. – Wayne County has been downgraded to a Level 1 snow emergency. Check the list.
4:40 a.m. – Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT) says 760 plows are out Tuesday morning.
04:37 – RTA did not say that any lines will be closed today. The service was temporarily suspended on Monday, leaving people stranded. We are monitoring updates here.
