While convenient for year round living, Prescott’s relatively mild winters don’t allow for much play in the snow. Fortunately, Arizona’s expansive terrain is only a short drive from the quad towns and has plenty to play and explore this winter.

Flagstaff Snow Park has restrooms, a large outdoor fire pit, and picnic areas. Enjoy groomed trails, tubes for hire, food and drink vendors, and a shop in case you forgot to bring your winter gear. Tickets must be purchased in advance.

Oak Hill Snow Playground
Oak Hill Snow Playground is located on the site of a former downhill ski area (operated in the 1950s). There are two separate toboggan runs; one is long and steep and the other is shorter and easier for beginners. Check the local weather conditions for Williams, AZ to see if snow is forecast in the area to see if there might be snow at Oak Hill Snow Play.
