Finding a good frozen margin isn’t the toughest task in Houston, but if you find yourself in Third Ward, a stop in Spanish Village is a must. The homemade margaritas, described as “grown-up snow cones” by longtime manager Ingrid Colindres, are made from a nearly 70-year-old recipe using only freshly squeezed lime juice. Drink with caution, they will sneak up on you.
