LITTERING

~ 130-1. Prohibited areas.

No person shall dispose of garbage, rubbish or waste material on public highways or along public rights-of-way within the Town of Somers or on land or property of another within said town without authorization.

~ 130-2. Penalties for offenses.

Any person violating the above provisions shall, upon conviction, be fined not more than fifty dollars ($50.).
