BUILDING CONSTRUCTION

~ 88-1. Adoption of state code.

The Town of Somers shall adopt the minimum State Building Code adopted from the Basic Code of the Building Officials Conference of America, Inc., being particularly the 1951 Edition thereof, as amended from time to time, of which three (3) copies have been and now are filed in the office of the Town of Somers.

~ 88-2. Effective date.

The effective date of the Building Code shall be June 15, 1953.
