ARTICLE I

Zoning and Subdivision Regulations

~ 51-1. Exemption from zoning and subdivision requirements.

Pursuant to Section 8-2 of the Connecticut General Statutes, as amended, it is hereby enacted that the Town of Somers shall be exempt from the requirements of or compliance with Chapter 214, Zoning, and Chapter 213, Subdivision of Land, of the town in the construction, demolition, maintenance, operation, rehabilitation or renovation of municipal property.
